hey guys i am here with one of the most interesting and mysterious topic which is meditation
now you all wondering , what is so mysterious about meditation ? we all know it dude but that is not true the thing you know, may be it's just the cover the whole book is still there to read before i start telling you about meditation lets just check your basic knowledge about meditation i am going to write few words related to  meditation and if know about them tell me the comments down

Meditation history
Meditation comes from the Latin root “meditatum”, which means “to ponder”. The first time the term “meditato” was used to refer to a step-by-step process was in the 12th century by a monk named, Guigo II. Truthfully, no one knows exactly when the history of meditation started except that it must have been a happy accident. When trying to go back in time to when meditation first started, you will most likely run into the religious context in which meditation was practiced in. Some also say that it could have been the experience of spending time in dark caves that led to cavemen slipping into an altered state of consciousness.


Mindfulness 
mindfulness means getting to know more about your self , what your thoughts are saying, are the constructive or destructive, do they affect your daily life, the way you deal with it , do you just ignore your thoughts or work on them . thoughts are random so mindfulness is the art of accepting them without judging them , it is your reflection what you think about the rest of the people around you , your thoughts are not "right" or "wrong" they are just the suggestion to you and your action to it is going to be the right or the wrong thing.


why? and how to meditate?
meditation is a Lil pain in the beginning because controlling your thoughts and focusing on thing is never been easy for anyone but meditation gives you that skill to get hold on your thoughts.
tell me when someone says "don't think about money" what did you think about of course money . so it is clear that our mind has his own set of rules which are still undiscovered but if we had a choice like minimizing the number of thoughts or getting hold on them as this is not an easy task, so how could its solution be easy 
meditation is not that though actually you just need to find the right way out 
now , how ?
so it was quite simple get an aap on your phone like a trainer or a guide how will guide you the steps and i am mentioning them toooo
firstly
  • Sit for just two minutes
  • Do it first thing each morning
  • Don't get caught up in the how — just do
  • Check in with how you're feeling
  • Count your breaths
  • Come back when you wander
  • Develop a loving attitude
  • Don't worry too much that you're doing it wrong.

Benefit of meditation

  • controls anxiety
  • promotes emotional health
  • enhance self awareness
  • lenghtness the awareness spam 
  • immensely changes your perspective toward things 
  • gives you positivity 
  • increases your problem solving abilities
