                 thinking about the future,
             but from wanting to control it.





Anxiety is not a deceases we have to understand it first anyone can have anxiety ,it is basically a grown form of stress . if someone is suffering from stress from a long period of time because of any personal issues like problems in workplace, in family , studies a research says people b/w the age of 19 to 25 yr are most commonly been suffering from anxiety because they of work load or relationship issues. they are not able to manage all the things at a time . and when their stress just get overloaded, they suffer from anxiety attacks and may cause to mental illness too. it is very common in people if they have  so much work load on them and if they are not able to get it on time they may get fired from job , this constant pressure on our mind is the main reason behind anxiety 

How it works?

Have you ever hear this term “over-worrying” when people worry a lot about anything for example money,their kids ,their family,their business,job,marriage, we all know excess of anything is dangerous it could be anything and the same for worrying also .
                 we have to understand how our body works we need to give it time to rest to and stop thinking about the same thing over and over this causes over worrying.

Imagine you are at a very happening place everyone is so happy slow songs are played and their is a pleasant aroma and suddenly you realized you don't have your phone on your hand!!! its a "mini heart attack " this is how anxiety works don't give anything this much priority in your life, so that if it disappears somewhere you just can't live without it.
               we have to understand this our health is way more important then anything in this world.very interesting fact i want to tell you guys once a monkey has given 20 bananas and 20$ . what did he choose? obviously bananas anyone can tell 
similarly in now days people chose money over health , as the monkey don't know he can have a lot of bananas with 20$ similarly we people don't know we can have a lot of money if we are healthy . 
                           so always priorities health over money that is the true mantra of living a happy and successful life.

symptoms
  • significant stress from a very long time is a major cause of anxiety.
  • their is a sudden drop in your weight,(weight loss)
  • fatigue
  • lack of hunger
  • insomnia unable to sleep at night due to anxiety
  • lack of concentration on work
  • loses focus
  • restlessness in their daily life
  • get irritated easily
  • change in behaviour etc


Treatment
  •    their are many ways to cure it as it is not a physical problem it is a physiological problem so it can be solved by consulting councilor. in many cases people are not able to detect the what is really happening and in rare cases they heart themselves also 
  • so if you find someone with changes in their behaviour try to help them out because most of the time people are so unaware of what is happening with them and may get into real trouble.
  • interpersonal "talk therapy" can help people out from this ,some cases people need someone just to talk and they want some one to listen to them.

  • Problem solving therapy: This treatment helps people learn tools to effectively manage the negative effects of stressful life events.
    • Both anxiety and depressive disorders respond to treatment with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) and serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) medications.
